You've Got the Training. The Headshots. The Reel. But Not the Work

The free guide that shows actors who aren't working (enough) how to get the skills, proof, and connections they need to actually get hired. From anywhere. (And yes, you can earn income while you build.)

I'M READY TO BUILD MY CAREER

You're Building Your Career Backwards

You've invested thousands in training. Your technique is solid. You understand the craft.

But here's what nobody tells you: talent and training aren't enough.

Most actors are throwing darts in the dark. Take another class. Get new headshots. Update the reel. Book another workshop. Hope something finally clicks.

Meanwhile, you watch other actors (sometimes less trained than you) booking consistently. What do they have that you don't?

A map.

They know what KIND of work they want. And they built the specific skills, proof, and connections that make them the obvious choice for that work.

Say you want to book period dramas like Bridgerton. What skills make you more hirable? Corset work? Period movement? Horseback riding? What proof do you need – footage in period costume? Who do you need to know – costume designers who work on period shows? Casting directors who cast them? And if you also love costume design, how does building that expertise make you MORE valuable on period sets, not less?

Or maybe you're a voice actor who wants to break into animation. What specific skills do animation casting directors look for? What kind of demo do you need? Who's actually doing the hiring?

The actors who are working mapped their destination first. Then they built everything that supports it.

And here's the part nobody talks about: you can build ALL of that while earning income. You don't have to wait. You don't have to go broke doing it.

The Access Granted Guide shows you how to do exactly that.

Here's What Actors Are Building Right Now

Ingrid Margus (Estonia) organized a one-day casting workshop with 3 casting directors. Twenty-seven actors showed up from four different countries. She earned €3,500. But more importantly? She built peer relationships with three casting directors who can actually hire her. She leveled the power dynamic. Now when she submits, they remember her name.

Kelly Moss (USA/Netherlands) wanted to explore how comedy could be used for healing. She organized an intimate stand-up workshop for women, kept it small (8 women max), and created exactly the kind of space she'd been looking for – minus the smoke, alcohol, and bro culture that usually comes with comedy. The workshop worked. So she kept going. A few months later, she got booked for her first paid comedy gig. Now she hosts regular sessions AND built a creativity camp for kids. Two different income streams, both built around what she actually cares about.

Anna Soibert (Germany) wanted to work in film and action roles. So she organized a weapons workshop with a stunt coordinator who actually hires actors for productions. Nine paying actors showed up. She got the training for free, built a relationship with someone who books talent, AND earned income. She's now on her fourth workshop, expanding into rigging, and becoming the go-to person for actors who want stunt training in Germany.

Anne Alexander-Sieder (USA/Germany) – that's me. In my first year using The Curator Method, I rebuilt my confidence and sharpened my craft. I built a real community of actors who became collaborators. I got over €12,000 worth of world-class training for free. I earned almost €50,000 organizing workshops. Over the past 12 years, I've built 48 credits on IMDb and 98 on Crew United, working with Netflix, A24, Hallmark, and Amazon.

Who Am I and Why Should You Listen?

Hey, I'm Anne.

I was a working professional actor in Chicago – SAG health insurance paid up, consistent bookings, the whole thing. Then I fell in love with a German guy and moved to Munich to start a family.

Fast forward 16 years. My son was older, and I wanted my acting career back. But I was 47, in Germany, with no current reel, no local industry contacts, and a giant gap on my résumé.

The training I needed didn't exist locally in English. Flying back and forth to LA, London, or New York every month wasn't happening with a family. So I brought the training to me. I organized my first workshop with a world-class coach, invited other actors who needed the same thing, and we all learned together. I got the training free. I earned €1,300. And I discovered something that changed everything.

In my first year using this approach, I:

  • Rebuilt my confidence and sharpened my craft

  • Built a real community of actors who became collaborators

  • Got over €12,000 worth of world-class training for free

  • Earned almost €50,000 organizing workshops

Over the past 12 years, I've built 48 credits on IMDb and 98 on Crew United, working with Netflix, A24, Hallmark, and Amazon.

Now I teach other actors how to do the same thing through The Curator Academy.

I'M READY TO GET CLARITY

"Anne has provided me more help than I have ever gotten from a mentor or college course. What clicked for me during the challenge was realizing that if the workshop is something YOU would take, other actors will too. And the professional you invite knows how to run it, so you can let go of that part of the planning. I'm ready to plan my first workshop."

— Jonathan Tison

"I had to go lie down in the middle of the class because I was like, oh, this could actually work for me. It's like having my foot be asleep and then trying to stand on it... oh, I have a shot at having a life that's authentic for me."

— Katherine Sandberg

"I just got booked for my first paid comedy gig, a few months after organizing a workshop through this program. Making this commitment to myself really boosted my confidence! I also placed well in a recent competition, where I performed a set that I'd refined in the workshop (only my third time ever at the mic)."

 — Kelly Moss

"I didn't expect the amount of impact. Anne showed us so many details that I didn't even know existed. She fulfilled them more than I ever thought she would."

— Ivona Stolzenburg

— Elizabeth Leslie

Anna Soibert, Actor/Stunt Performer
